License agreement
All copyrights to ApacheConf Professional are owned by
Zecos Software.
ApacheConf Professional is a "try-and-buy" program. You
can try it for free (for a period of 15 days), but if you intend
to keep it, you must register your copy of ApacheConf Professional
or stop using it.
Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use
ApacheConf Professional on one computer at a time. The
registered ApacheConf Professional software may not be
rented, leased or transferred.
ApacheConf Professional unregistered shareware may be
freely distributed. No person or company may charge a fee for the
distribution of ApacheConf Professional without written
permission from the copyright holder.
The registered users may get the upgrades up to newer versions free
of charge for one year beginning with the moment of program purchase.
After one year the registered user may purchase an one more year of
free updates for a discounted price.
ApacheConf Professional is distributed "AS IS" and you
assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of
ApacheConf Professional for your requirements.
Zecos Software makes no warranty either expressed or implied that
all errors have been or can be eliminated from the ApacheConf
Professional software. Furthermore Zecos Software shall
not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any
kind resulting from the use or misuse of ApacheConf Professional
including without limitation, any liability for business expenses,
machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person
as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction.
Zecos software shall not be liable for any indirect, special,
incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out
of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken thereunder.
NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE APACHECONF PROFESSIONAL
IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. ZECOS SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR
DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE
USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
You may not copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer
the licenced program, or any subset of the licenced program,
except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorised
use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this
licence and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Zecos Software.
The terms of this licence, as well as the ApacheConf Professional
features and interface design may be subject to change in future versions of
ApacheConf Professional.
Installing and/or using ApacheConf Professional signifies
acceptance of these terms and conditions of the licence.
If you do not agree with the terms of this licence you must remove
ApacheConf Professional files from your storage devices and
cease to use the product.
